Therapeutic massage is a body-based practice that not only supports relaxation and body awareness but also aids in nervous system regulation. Chronic stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm often manifest physically as muscle tension, shallow breathing, and fatigue. These sessions combine therapeutic massage techniques with active client awareness, gentle breathing, and ongoing feedback.

We also offer small-group workshops for stress management and educational experiences periodically throughout the year. These sessions are designed to help individuals learn practical tools for managing stress, supporting regulation, and strengthening the mind-body connection, similar to benefits gained from individual psychotherapy and therapeutic massage.
